Paramedics had to be called after a drunken taxi passenger tried to run off without paying at 3am on Sunday.

The 18-year-old man, tried to flee as the cab pulled up in Hambrook Road, Gosport.

But he was so drunk that he fell over and collapsed on the pavement and the taxi driver had to call an ambulance.
