Three charged after cabbie attack
Three men have been charged after the assault of a taxi driver in Worle, Somerset.
Michael Barber, 41, remains in a serious but stable condition in hospital after being kicked in the head during the attack on 3 August.
The three men, two aged 19 and one 16-year-old, were charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
They were due to appear before North Somerset Magistrates' Court on Friday.
Police are continuing to appeal for witnesses the incident to come forward.
