A taxi driver has told a court how he saw three men kicking a man after he was knocked down. The prosecution claims 26-year-old builder Wayne Redfern was stamped on, kicked and punched during a mob attack, causing fatal injuries.

Mr Padley, who works for Macs taxi firm, said one of the men grabbed a boot by its laces and swung it at the man's head while he was lying face down in the road.
